That’s Bananas! is a font family with seven different weights, each corresponding with a phase of the banana ripening process. This modular, display typeface was designed to create a multilingual system by synthesizing Latin type with another visual language or writing system.

Led rebrand and production of marketing materials for BU FORGE’s annual, nationwide designathon, Catalyst. With over 200 registrants, Catalyst is on of the nation’s largest virtual design events, and requires a robust marketing campaign.

Pesto

Spring 2025

Pesto is a revival of Poster French Old Style Expanded, a late-nineteenth century typeface inspired by popular French types from earlier in the century.

It’s characterized by a tall x-height, heavy, bracketed serifs, and a juxtaposition of round and sharp characteristics. Affectionately named after the Internet sensation, Pesto, the wide penguin.
